Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Needed in Sunrise, FL The Customer Service Representative will be required to answer phone calls to respond to general customer inquires, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Qualified candidates must be able to project a professional company image through phone interaction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer inbound calls from beneficiaries enrolled in the Part D program. Provide customers with product and service information. Assist beneficiaries with account and plan information Resolve any issues that may arise with utilization of the plan. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved. Research billing issues. Process prescription claims Requirements KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. High school diploma or equivalent. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Previous Customer service experience is preferred however candidates with any related experience or training will be considered.
