Must have Accountanting Degree

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Monthly journal entries (samples, freight out, S&W allocation, factor, freelancers, designers)

Monthly SG&A analysis

Costing Analysis

Monthly reconciliations (credit card, factor rec, factor cash, customs, and other bank recs)

Commissions statements-prepare monthly

Price test in Spring and Fall

Inventory cut offs, review purchases, duty, fgt, and commissions

Sales cutoff-quarterly

Help with monthly MIT

Help with inventory markdowns-quarterly

Departments projects

Minimum eligibility requirements:

Microsoft Excel-Advanced preferred

JBA-AS400, preferable but not required

4 yr accounting degree

Minimum 2-4 years manufacturing experience

Not a position for entry level or without experience

Need someone that can work on his/her own on multiple tasks

Need someone who is self sufficient and to own the position
