Managing Editor, Account Manager
- Manage day-to-day pharmaceutical client account work; maintain regular contact with the client (in-person and via email/phone) to ensure that client requests are addressed promptly, thoroughly, and accurately; present a professional demeanor and attitude at all times during on-site meetings with clients
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrate facility at absorbing high-level scientific and medical information and promotional messaging; write and deliver informational materials (including PowerPoint slides, correspondence, reports) that are clear, succinct, and adapted to target audiences at various levels, including specialist physicians
- Act as a liaison between client, outside partners/vendors, and internal teams; provide accurate and concise briefings on interactions with the client team
- Demonstrate the following: a grasp of the current pharmaceutical industry regulatory and compliance environment; strong team/collaboration, client management, time management, and technical/computer skills; organizational ability; and meticulous attention to detail
- Be willing to travel to attend client meetings, advisory board sessions, scientific/medical conventions, etc.
