Program Manager, Medical & Promotional Education Programs

We are a full-service medical-communications agency dedicated to providing pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device company clients and health-care professional audiences with a range of innovative promotional programs designed to drive change and improve treatment outcomes.

We are currently seeking an experienced, highly organized Program Manager who will be responsible for logistical implementation of contracted medical and promotional education programs. May have responsibility for more than one program at a given time. Insures that programs stay on deadline and within budget. Manages revenue of $1-2 million per year.

       Develops pricing and timelines for new business proposals.

       Implements comprehensive medical education programs-speaker training, speaker bureau meetings/webcasts, advisory boards, etc.

       Develops and manages program time and event schedules.

       Provides regular progress updates to clients.

       Coordinates with editorial, production, meetings and business development teams to insure program achieves both contractual and educational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

       Bachelors Degree

       Minimum 5 years business/work experience

       1-3 years program management experience in medical education or related field.
