Title:  Commissioning Professional

We develop and implement sustainability action plans for real estate portfolios, buildings, and tenants in order to reduce costs, improve efficiency, achieve regulatory compliance, and increase value. Our services range from metering and monitoring, to in-depth audits and analysis, to executing retrofit projects. 

We are a dynamic, growing firm looking for an experienced Commissioning professional to be a part of our team.  This position will be responsible for field work and for overseeing the implementation, management and development of in-house Commissioning and Retro Commissioning Services.

Required Skills:

-          Demonstrated experience completing multiple Retro Commissioning projects (including deficiency corrections) in commercial and multi-family residential properties.  Specific experience in the New York City market preferred.  Experience must include all aspects of commissioning from initial data gathering to final report writing.

-          Strong familiarity with commercial and multi-family residential building management and operations.

-          Detailed knowledge of the commercial building design and construction process for both new construction and building retrofits. 

-          Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBMP) or Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP) REQUIRED.  Please do not apply for this position if you do not hold one or more of these certifications.

-          Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Licensed Architect (AIA), Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) preferred but not required.
