Kentwood based property damage restoration company looking for a motivated, hardworking, and professional person to join our team as a technician.

Restoration Technicians are responsible for handling new and ongoing water, fire, and storm damage claims with integrity, professionalism, and excellence. Duties will include initial job-site inspection, securing of jobs, demolition, content manipulation, and water & fire mitigation, unloading and loading of equipment, driving company vehicles to jobsites, minimal office duties, and job site monitoring. A technician is responsible for fast response to emergency water, fire, mold, or other emergency calls and must be willing to be on call evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Our business is based on 24/7/365 response.

Required Skills:

Great presentation, organized person with positive attitude

Highly detailed oriented

Clean cut, well groomed and professional appearance is a must

No visible tattoos or piercing

Physically fit and able to perform specific job duties

Outstanding personal skills and ability to think on your feet is a necessity

IICRC Certification is a plus but not required

Availability to be called on emergency after- hours and weekend jobs

Minimum job requirements:

Requires medium to light labor

Candidate must be able to lift 75 lbs consecutively

Valid driver’s license

Must have clean criminal background (no felony convictions) with no violent or theft related convictions

Compensation

40+ hours per week

$10-$11 per hour with overtime
