General Job Description:

Responsible for development and maintenance of new and existing web application development projects utilizing the technologies listed below. This is a position where communication skills are paramount. This application is utilized by multiple business entities; therefore, you will interface with the COO, Departmental Managers, other team members and occasionally external customer groups. Responsible for enhancements to a proprietary multi-customer, web based application. In many cases you will be responsible for identifying the core business solution, gathering requirements, build and test a solution and ensure that the end user signs off on the solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enhancements to a proprietary, multi-customer, web based application.
• Gather Requirements; design, develop and test solution; deploy to production.
• Work within a SOX compliant development process.

Required Expertise Experience:

• .NET (C#) Programming (Developing, Testing, and Deploying Applications)
• Web technology application development with accomplishments in frontend, middle tier, and backend development.
• Visual Studio 2005/2008 and Related Technologies
• SQL Server 2005/2008 and Related Technologies (Management Studio, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, TSQL
• Experience writing complex SQL statements and Stored Procedures
• Strong working knowledge of Internet Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, XSLT, CSS, AJAX)

Specific Job Skills:

Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and have the ability to work meticulously, independently, and quickly using strong analytical and communication skills. The ability to “multi-task” and strictly adhere to operational protocol is a keystone to the Software Developer position. Must have strong evaluation and analysis skills, strictly adheres and demands adherence to the company’s policies, excellent attention to details and team player.
