We are looking for a high energy motivational leader that has insurance repair and emergency services management experience with current IICRC certifications. This position would directly manage and develop the Water, Mold, Fire, and Odor Mitigation Division reporting directly to the President of the company. A strong knowledge of the mitigation process and ability to manage project managers and technicians is a must. This company continues to grow and is expanding rapidly. Qualifications Required:

  • Must have 5 years of experience with a restoration company (water, smoke, odor and mold) with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Be Detailed oriented - accurate, clear, and complete job documentation
  • Current IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
  • Be able to create and maintain relationships with clients, insurance professionals and property managers.
  • Have excellent technical skills, must be computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail correspondence, digital photography and Xactware estimating software.
  • Be proficient in Xactimate and Sketch.
  • Ourstanding communication and management skills are a must!
  • Experience with the emergency process and on-call rotation
  • Must be able to travel for CAT work
  • Ensure Safety Compliance
  • Be able to develop all aspects of training in order to develop technicians and project managers.
  • Develop clear and accurate job estimating and analysis.
  • Have superior skills with planning and scheduling of project-exudes confidence to transition projects to the Reconstruction Manager and team.
  • Be responsible for Mitigation Division’s profitability, budgets, forecasts, payroll, and weekly reporting
  • Manage equipment and inventory
  • Complete responsibility for site management and following company procedures.

 

Must have a valid driver’s license and able to pass drug screening and background check.

 

Compensation-Medical, dental, life insurance, company car/gas, and opportunities for continuous improvement in benefit package. The salary is based on experience for the candidate with qualified skills to hit the ground running, there is an uncapped earning potential.
