Role Summary:
Our client is a leading manufacturer / distributor of on-board truck systems for refuse vehicles. We are currently looking to expand our team through the hiring of a Regional Sales Manager in the northwestern region of the United States. This position allows
you to work from home and reside in any northwest state. This person will manage and grow targeted key account customers and dealers throughout their assigned region.

General Responsibilities:

• Sell client’s hardware and software products to waste/recycle management clients and municipalities in assigned region.
• Work with other RSM’s and distributors.
• Assist in developing client’s marketing plan and product map.
• Attend and work trade shows in which software will be exhibited; when deemed appropriate.
• Assist municipal sales teams with municipal proposal preparation.
• Maintain database with call report information for customers and demographic database in assigned region.

Minimum Education, Experience and Core Competency Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years’ sales experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years additional technical experience.
• Waste industry sales experience.
• Experience with RFP/bids structures.
