Talent Acquisition Resources, Inc. is a boutique executive search firm that is assisting a Client in the Beaumont, Texas area in filling a Senior Process Engineer opening. 

Provide technical services in monitoring, investigating, evaluating and making recommendations for improving quality, quantity, and cost of the various manufacturing processes.

• Provide management with information on quality and operating parameters to assist in process control, budgeting, and detection of trends
• Lead or participate on process improvement teams to identify problems, evaluate solutions, make recommendations, and help drive implementing approved changes to improve quality, cost, and/or throughput
• Work closely with Operations in a team environment to help troubleshoot and optimize process to ensure efficient manufacturing
• Participate in orientation training for new hires
• Participate as an internal auditor to ensure compliance of client’s various systems including ISO 9001-2000/14001 standards

Responsibilities Include:

• B.S. Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or other related technical Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of engineering experience in heavy industrial (chemical or power) environment
• Six Sigma experience is a plus
• Experience working in a union environment is desirable
• Interpersonal skills such as building close working relationships and minimizing disagreements
• Strong technical aptitude and analysis - experience with PI/ASPEN, SAP, MS office, Meridian are a plus
• Adaptability to rapidly changing working environments and operational situations.
