DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in troubleshooting of AUTOCAD Systems to include both hardware and software.

• Day to day desktop support and CAD support training.

• Support CAD operators in the Process, Mechanical Piping, Civil/Strucural and Electrical/Instrumentation area.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years recent experience with AutoCAD in a Destop environment

• Experienced in computer setup/configuration of AutoCAD 2009 and later.

• Experience with AutoCAD release 2011 or 2012 is a plus

• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software configurations, particularly as related to AutoCAD.

• Experienced in the setup and configuration of some third party applications with AutoCAD.

• CADWorx Plant and P&ID experience a plus
