Role:

Barnes Executive Search, Inc. is looking for an experience IT recruiter to join it’s team in the Chicago area.  This is a new role based on excessive client growth with very strong brands.  We are looking for someone with significant knowledge in the IT industry, particularly software development at the Engineer/Architect level, that can join a young company and make a significant impression on it’s growth and success.  The successful candidate will be an integral part of the company and compensated accordingly.  

Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for candidate sourcing for several major accounts with highly regarded and internationally recognized brands.  The candidate must be able to source hard to find professionals, in a limited field, without delay or significant time to grow a network.  If successful, the candidate will also hire, train and manage a team of recruiters on such clients.  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years IT recruiting experience with significant experience working on high level software development positions.
• Minimum 1 year experience recruiting Windows Software engineers, preferably most recently Windows 8.
• At least 2 years of experience in an agency recruiting setting.
• Strong phone and interviewing skills.
• Good technical understanding of IT, particularly software development.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Very strong work ethic and appreciation of professional courtesy. 
• Bachelors Degree in related field a plus.
