Cleared Candidates Recruiter

Role:

Barnes Executive Search, Inc. is looking for an experienced cleared candidates recruiter to join it’s team in the Chicago area.  This is a new role based on excessive client growth with very strong companies and government agencies.  We are looking for someone with significant knowledge in the IT industry, with heavy experience finding cleared candidates at the TS/SCI Full Scope Poly level, that can join a young company and make a significant impression on it’s growth and success.  The successful candidate will be an integral part of the company and compensated accordingly.  

Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for candidate sourcing for several major accounts with highly regarded and internationally recognized firms, as well as some highly regarded government agencies.  The candidate must be able to source hard to find professionals, in a limited field, without delay or significant time to grow a network.  If successful, the candidate will also hire, train and manage a team of recruiters on such clients.  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years recruiting experience with cleared candidates, preferably with an IT focus.
• At least 1 years of experience in an agency recruiting setting.
• Strong phone and interviewing skills.
• Good technical understanding of IT, particularly software development.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Very strong work ethic and appreciation of professional courtesy. 
• Bachelors Degree in related field a plus.
• Experience in a TS/SCI environment a plus.
