FUNCTION: Establish contact with prospects and leads and support existing customers with sales questions, issues, and opportunities. Provide training and support to select national distributors. A successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a problem solving mentality, and be expected to develop an expertise of products including features, benefits and uses for multiple industries, be proficient in salesforce.com CRM, and be able to demonstrate excellence in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Bachelors degree and or 3-4 years work experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Desire and ability to work in fast-paced environment and be part of a high performance team
• Ability to work efficiently without supervision
• Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly by phone/email to prospects and customers.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to learn and use CRM - salesforce.com - as well as accounting/inventory system
